MWE Strength & Conditioning is a performance based training program that is a full service program. Your warm-up, movement prep, plyo conditioning, multi level strength and metabolic conditioning will be laid our for you daily in your TrainHeroic App. The program is for the dedicated athlete who has 60-90 minutes for training 5 days per week. All things equal, the bigger, faster and more powerful athletes tend to walk off the battle field victorious. You can't make improvements to these key performance markers without putting in the time in the gym.

MWE Functional Fitness is a program for individuals seeking a great program for use in a garage gym, globo-gym or at open gym. It's 45-60 minutes of warm-up, workout and cool down. Users can track, compare results and communicate with other following the program using the TrainHeroic App. Movement videos and points of performance are detailed for any movement used in the program.
The Functional Fitness program is built for life, accessible for anyone willing and wanting to push themselves daily.
